Return & Exchange Policy:

Return or Exchange Request: Customers are required to initiate return or exchange requests within 7 days of delivery. For returns, a pickup will be arranged for orders within India. However, customers need to note that exchange orders are subject to stock availability, and if the requested item is not available, an alternative will be proposed.

Return Request Process:

  1. Visit the provided link to request a return: Aanysculture Returns.
  2. Specify the reason for return, select the item(s) to be returned, and include images if there are any defects or damages.
  3. Ensure that the product is unworn and all tags and labels are intact.
  4. Note that return or exchange requests for orders placed using store credit will not be accepted.
  5. A processing fee of ₹200 is applicable for return requests, and customers need to share the payment screenshot via email or contact number provided.

Exchange Request Process:

  1. Contact via WhatsApp support at +91 9974872750 or email at to initiate an exchange request.
  2. Provide the order ID, AWB Number, and details of the desired exchange product (including size).
  3. Ensure that the product is unworn and all tags and labels are intact.
  4. Customers are required to pay a one-way charge of ₹200 for exchange requests.
  5. If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers can ship the exchange product directly to the provided warehouse address.

Return & Exchange checking Process:

After receiving the returned product, we conduct a thorough checking process. If the product is found to be damaged due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, we will not initiate a refund but will proceed with the exchange process. We prioritize ensuring the quality and integrity of our products and will promptly facilitate an exchange for the damaged item.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Prepaid and COD orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
  • A 2-3% charge applies for cancellations after placing prepaid orders.
  • Aany's Culture reserves the right to cancel orders under certain circumstances, with refunds issued accordingly.
  • Refunds for cancelled orders take 20-25 working days to process.


  • Refunds will be processed within 20-25 working days.
  • Upon receipt of the returned item at our warehouse, which typically takes 12 to 14 working days, refunds will be initiated.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment once the return is thoroughly checked by our in-house team, a process that takes 1-2 working days.
  • Internally, it takes 2-3 business days to process the refund.
  • The bank or portal may take an additional 2-3 business days to process and reflect the refund.
  • No return fee will be charged for damaged products.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are provided to the customer's bank account.
  • Refunds will be issued for the sale amount of the returned products.
  • Shipping costs will not be credited back under any circumstances.
  • The company reserves the authority to make the final decision in any refund-related matters.

Important Note: Aany's Culture is partnered with a third-party courier service, and while efforts are made to assist customers, certain issues may be beyond control. Contact information of delivery executives is provided exclusively to recipients, limiting the company's ability to address certain issues.
