Returns Policy

ELIGIBILITY Return & Exchange Policy: Return or Exchange Request: Customers are required to initiate return or exchange requests within 7 days of delivery. For returns, a pickup will be arranged for orders within India. However, customers need to note that exchange orders are subject to stock availability, and if the requested item is not available, an alternative will be proposed.

Return Request Process: Visit the provided link to request a return: Aanysculture Returns. Specify the reason for return, select the item(s) to be returned, and include images if there are any defects or damages. Ensure that the product is unworn and all tags and labels are intact. Note that return or exchange requests for orders placed using store credit will not be accepted. A processing fee of ₹200 is applicable for return requests, and customers need to share the payment screenshot via email or contact number provided.

Exchange Request Process: Contact via WhatsApp support at +91 9974872750 or email at aanysculture@gmail.com to initiate an exchange request. Provide the order ID, AWB Number, and details of the desired exchange product (including size). Ensure that the product is unworn and all tags and labels are intact. Customers are required to pay a one-way charge of ₹200 for exchange requests. If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers can ship the exchange product directly to the provided warehouse address.
